Food
Make sure all food is covered or stored correctly.
Do not leave out for more than two hours
Oxygen
Food is stored in airtight containers, no holes in packaging  
Neutral environment
(ph levels)
Preserving foods with vinegar, salt, lemon affects growth. Clean sefus with anti bacterial spray
Temperature
Foods are stored in a freezer at -18 or fridge at 2-4 degrees cooked over 75 degrees  and reheated over 80 dagres

Moisture
Food is left to cool prior to going in the fridge to avoid condensation
Time
Food should not be left out for more than three hours
